1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ClientSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ClientSnap.
2. Description of Service
ClientSnap is a client management tool designed for personal trainers. Our service allows you to store client information, track restrictions and goals, log sessions, and manage your training business.
3. Account Registration
To use ClientSnap, you must create an account. By registering, you agree that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You will provide accurate and complete information
- You will keep your account credentials secure
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Free Trial & Subscription
Free Trial
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial.
Subscription
After your trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using ClientSnap. The subscription fee is $25 per month, which includes unlimited clients and all features.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
- Payments are automatically charged on your billing date
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ClientSnap only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the service
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
6. Your Content
Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into ClientSnap, including client information, session logs, and notes.
License to Us
By using ClientSnap, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Client Data Responsibility
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before entering their personal information into ClientSnap. You must comply with all applicable privacy laws regarding client data.
7. Intellectual Property
ClientSnap, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
Our name, logo, and branding are trademarks of ClientSnap. You may not use them without our permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Service "As Is"
ClientSnap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of ClientSnap shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
By You
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay your subscription, or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the service or other users.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and data. We recommend exporting your data before closing your account. We may retain certain data as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of ClientSnap shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, United States.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or through the service before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of ClientSnap after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
